This idyllic property features a charming 3-bedroom main house, adorned with a breathtaking great room and an open kitchen. Enjoy splendid views of both the expansive ocean and the untouched jungle landscape from the elevated vantage point, providing a picturesque panorama in every direction.
Perched atop a 20-foot rise, the main house and its spacious pool offer unparalleled privacy, with no neighboring houses within 1000 feet. Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the ocean and the gentle trade winds. A true escape, Rum Barron invites you to unwind and relish the uninterrupted beauty of the surroundings.

The Main House
Rum Barron sits alone with no other houses closer than 1000’ feet and none can be seen from the house. The privacy is fantastic offering no distractions from your swim in the pool, reading a book at the shore line or looking for the occasional Iguana that suns itself on the pool deck. At night no other houselights are visible from the house even though the view goes on for miles. We often ask ourselves why we bother to leave the house. (mostly to the store down the street for more ice cream to make mud-slides)
The house is well equipped for entertainment with all of the necessary items to prepare what you like and enjoy the food inside and out.

The Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in the main house, sleeping up to 6 people very comfortably. The rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views of the ocean as well as the forest and pool situated out behind the home.

Little Barron
Right along the shore is the beach house we affectionately call Little Barron. It homes another Queen Size bed and stunning views of the ocean only feet away.
Enjoy the Kitchen or go out, both are great options at Rum Barron.
